Darlington" Subject: TAB: Don`t Follow by Alice in Chains from Jar of Flies Here is my interpretation, using the two versions currently available as a starting point I condensed all the TAB to fit onto one page, so as to avoid having to swap pages around. While in the process I noticed gross errors in both versions, which I listened to my CD to correct (mostly in how the lyrics line up with the changes). I also fine tuned the lyrics to be as close to possible in written form. The TAB is in a format that I formulated over the past couple of days. I hope it`s easy to work with. Here is a quick breakdown of how my particular scheme works: Figures that are repeated are TAB`ed only once with a (fig #) over them. When they come up later the "fig #" are written into the TAB lines. Chord names are also given under repeated figures, to help, when space permits. Repitions are notated under the TAB lines as "x#". ("x2", i.e.) This means repeat everything between the 2 "|" that the "x#" is on. Groups of figures are notated as a "pattern" or "pat" similar to "fig"s. In this file I numbered all the lyrics and placed which lines are sung in the second (bottom) line under the TAB lines.
