A Punch To The Face

maybe i should spend this october clean and sober. because it might just be my favorite month. and the air alone might just get me high enough. with a cool breeze that freezes thoughts, and leaves, almost whispering forget-me-nots. battles fought and won and we always seem to sing songs about truths of another life.and about moments from other nights similar to these. "it takes you back doesn`t it?" i guess i`m just a man of reflection. a man who has a hard time digesting the notion that these days are fleeting. but at least i`m passed the days of beating my fist agains the ground and screaming to a God who can`t hear me.
